Boadicea Managing Director talks exploration program for Koongulla

Boadicea Managing Director Jon Reynolds was interviewed by Stockhead Radio this week discussing the exploration program planned for Koongulla.

“The Koongulla project is growing our portfolio. We picked it up 12 months ago and we’re working to advance the exploration,” Jon Reynolds said.

“The key steps are the signing of land access agreement and mineral exploration agreement with the Western Desert Aboriginal Corporation which is the last step in the granting of the applications.

Two more applications for Koongulla North and Koongulla east are waiting to be granted and the process is expected to be completed by 11 October.

“When all granted abled to go and do land exploration.”

“This is a big step for the company and a company maker for us,” Jon Reynolds said.

The Telfer Dome on the Koongulla tenements was identified from airborne geophysics and more work is planned for August.

The Koongulla dome is very similar to Telfer in size and orientation. These are key mineral targets in the Paterson Province. The other discoveries in the Paterson Province are based on dome features.

“The fact we identified this Telfer dome structure in just six months has been a significant step for us.”
